I´m so sorry to keep on asking for help but it is not working.

After I understood I had to use the JS Toolbar instead of Community Toolbar for Socialize Template the envelope now show red numbers.
That´s is great!

But after I have read all messages in inbox and the number is 0 it jumps up to 97 unread after next move on the page.
I have gone through the 97 messages some times and read them over and over but they won't just stay down.

I understand that I´m not the only one having this problem on our site.

Please tell me how to "kill" them or mark them as read so envelope show correct number.

Hi Jonas,

You need update table community_chat_activity, on that table you need insert new chat_id, with new record "seen", and your "user_id"..
If you have record "seen" so your chat_id already opened and read.
