Hi,

Our homepage for registered users includes several js modules.

Since trying to upgrade to 4.4.x
this page presents nothing.

the involved modules:

  • hello me
  • [lijs discussions][/li]
    [lijs who is online][/li]
    [lijs feed (general, groups)][/li]

I have tried ant new release you have
and I have to return to 4.3.5 in order to work properly.

please advise.

HI, Udi.

Thank you for contacting us.
If you reverted back to previous version... then I can't see the issue and investigate it.
Please, move to latest version where the issue is present... but do that rather at Monday so your user won't complain over the weekend.

As for printscreen - the same file may be uploaded few times. Probably uploader clicked upload twice.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

HI, Udi.

Thanks. You get 500 error during installation: prntscr.com/ggw4mv
Could you provide your server error log?

HI, Udi.

Your JS is still 4.3.5: prntscr.com/ggxqbz
Please, contact your hosting provider and ask if and where server error log is available.

Hi Michal,

The current issue prevents me from installing the new version.

The server log you asked - is it on my cpanel or I have to ask it from my hosting?

Udi

HI, Udi.

I don't know what hosting you're using.
Please, contact your hosting provider. They should lead you further.
If you'll find where to generate server error log - try to install JS first so latest error/activity could be listed in the log.

Hi Michal,
My hosting searched the issue:

- No errors on the server or PHP.
- Swith J! to debug mode brought the following errors:
- Duplicate key name 'idx_chat_id'
- Installing jomsocial 4.4.3 stops at: JROOT/libraries/joomla/database/driver/mysqli.php:660

Please advise.
