Photos disappear in chat

Hi,

Sorry to bother you again with something new.

After someone posts photos in chat the photo disappear after some time.

Is this ment to be or is something wrong?

"After some time"... I'm testing this and check if this also happens on my test site.
Will let you know at Monday.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Do you mean the photos on comment disappear after next hours / days ?

would you mind provide me backend, FTP and phpmyadmin access, please?

Hi Dimas,

No it´s is´t in comments it´s in the chat the photo disappear after some time.
I have tried sometimes and the photo is gone in sometime.

Se my attached photo in first post.

We still don´t get any notification when someone answer a chat and the envelope don´t work.
We can´t click at a profile in the chat and go to member as we could do before.

Sorry to say it but my members don´t like this new chat at all.
Hope you will come out with an update with a lot of approvements this week?

Anyway Thanks for your work so far.

Now you have all info so you can login.

Just updated to 4.4.4 and we still have problems, photos disappear in chat after short time.

Please help us.

Please, try this fix.
Upload patched file here and replace original file: ROOT/components/com_community/models/chat.php

Hi Michal,

Thanks but it didn't fix the problem.

I send the photo from my testprofil, look at it in my admin profile and do something else and come back to chat it´s gone in both profiles.
