Erm, where can we see the progress of the conversion of messages from old chat to the new?
It seems painfully slow, and I cant see how to check to see if it is working correctly =)

Jomsocial need migrate from old message to new chat system via cron job, if you wanna migrate it fast you can run cron job URL manually :)

Yes I was doing that... over and over and over and over and over ;)
What I wanted to know was how to tell how far it had progressed. Theres no indication at all...
something like ... 0%...........25%...........50%.............75%........100%
I can see this would be a nightmare for very large sites.

I suggest you change the migrate limit for making the migration faster.. look on this file components/com_community/libraries/cron.php, find this code :

' LIMIT 20'

' LIMIT 200'
