Hello Dimas, Michal or who is reading this now,

I have tried to get help with my own admin profile after the latest update to 4.4 (4.4.1).
It´s not only my profile that have problems, some other have it to. Both admins and normal members. most members don´t have problems.
Whatever is proposed, the problems continue.
It's so incredibly slow that I sometimes get "Gateway Timeout".
I can not log in to the homepage a lot of times and I can not navigate without it taking ages.
Please, can anyone look at it so I can reply to all letters and comments.
As an administrator, it's important that I'm present on the network.

Please, look carefully until it works so we can proceed.

I found the solution from another customers, which we missed index on chats table.. I already added it on your database tables.. please let me know how it goes..

Thanks a million, it´s is much better now.
But....
It´s still a bit slower then my test profile when I hit "Start" and "brev" / chat.
There must be something else making it a bit slower.

Can we activate the plugins now or should they stay inactive?

Oyes, it´s much better now, thanks.
I have not activated the apps yet because it´s not 100%.
There is a different in the time it takes when I hit the "start"/ mainstream and "Brev"/ chat compeered to the time it takes using my test profile "Testprofil".
The test profile almost don´t have any friends and chat traffic but my JBX profile goes back to 2012 with tons of posts, friends and old mails.
There is a differens in performance and if there is something wrong I would like to get it fixed, if possible.
Since I have a lot of mail from 2012 I tried to delete them or all but I still have all posts in the chat.
Same friends is coming post after post in different posts instead of everything coming in one thread.
Maybe we could get it to work quicker if I could delete all chat posts in my "inbox".
Is the delete function comping soon or is it something you can do?

I will not activate any apps until I get a ok from you.

For time being you only can delete chat from database directly, the delete chat is inprogress, maybe will available in next release..

I tried to do that but I could only delete my answers.
Could´t find where to delete the hole post.
Can you please tell me more precisely in which table I delete it?

This photo show mail from 2012 between me and one other member but a lot of others seems to have read it.
Think it´s a bugg or it is something with my problem?

Hi,

You can track this table #__community_chat_participants, make sure you know the chat ID, and you can delete the record based on that chat ID
