This is their 'newer' free version of a template. Would pulling the custom.js file out work?

Their solution:
If you are not using accordion than in index.php delete the code

Ok. I changed templates and upgraded to 4.4.3 but the issue persists. Can you check. I like my old template much better.... mx 106.

Please check again, its fine now.. I already applied the patch.. the developer just fixed the issue hours ago after 4.4.3 released :)
