JomSocial Toolbar New version not showing up

I just installed the latest version of the JomSocial Toolbar but its not appearing anywhere in my site..
Just the OLD one is that is standard with the JomSocial installation.

The documentation says to make sure im installing the version correct for my Joomla version (2.5 or v3) but the zip file i download ONLY has a single version in it.

Thank you for contacting us.
JS Toolbar is a module, you need to assign it to a right module position in your template.
If you just installed it, it still needs configuration.
You'll need a module position somewhere on top of your template.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

YEs i gave it a module position but only AFTER doing the configuration
I gave it a position of (Inset)
for my template that means the full width of the TOP of any page on the site (Below the main menu)

Its not appearing anywhere in JS
