To fix this issue you can add this code into this file sv/templates/jm-joomclassifieds-ef4/css/template.13.css

.joms-toolbar--desktop > ul > li {
    background-image: none;
    padding: 10px;
}
.joms-toolbar--desktop .joms-dropdown > li, .joms-popover > li {
    background-image: none !important;
    padding: 5px;
}
