1. My server uses Plesk 12.5.30
2. I have setup this cron job in the Plesk Scheduled tasks: lynx -source "http://www.xn--mxahrfmebnt2b.gr/index.php?option=com_community&task=cron" > /dev/null
3. Cron style: 5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,59 * * * *

I test it. Seems to run Ok.
But after i check in JomSocial Admin and mail queue is not processed...
So, Cron Job is not working.

I need to run the cron on my server, without the need of other servers, pelase advise.

Many thanks
Christos.

Well, of course there was no email in the queue...i have previously pressed Execute Cron from backend, as every action between the members was pilling up...

I have sent a mass email now, for you to see. It;s there. More than 5 minutes passed, cron not working.
Please advise.

Many thanks again.

Hi,

Please change the command to this code :

wget -O /dev/null " www.YOURSITE.com/index.php?option=com_community&task=cron " > /dev/null

or you change task type to "Fetch a URL" and use this URL

www.YOURSITE.com/index.php?option=com_community&task=cron

I hope it will work :)
