Please help to resolve to install, when installing Jomsocial i get the error

There was an error uploading this file to the server.
Maximum PHP file upload size is too small: This is set in php.ini in both upload_max_filesize and post_max_size settings of your PHP settings (located in php.ini and/or .htaccess file).

Thank you for contacting us.
That issue is caused as your server upload setting is too small.
Please, check if your server meets our system requirements: documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/JomSoci..._System_Requirements
Then contact with your hosting provider and ask them to change your server settings so it will meet our system requirements.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
