Error after install - Unknown column 'a.default_avatar'

I have tried several times to get JomSocial installed and keep coming up with the same error. Has anyone else seen this?

42S22 SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'a.default_avatar' in 'field list'

Hi,

Please you add new field 'default_avatar' on table #__community_users for fixing this.

If you need further help to fix this issue, I need your phpmyadmin for it.

The database upgrading was failed, so the solution do it manually :)
