I checked your site still using jomsocial 4.3.0, the latest jomsocial suppose to 4.3.4.
and I created "test" user at your site, and I albe to logged in to the site.
Strange as i can't login with an excisting account... I know i have to update but no money is coming in as login does not work properly. As soon as we get this working i will update JS for sure
All users login depending with joomla it self. Jomsocial upgrade not touch any joomla tables (include users table).
seem the password was invalid by user mistake or else (not sure).
I edited Patrick password from joomla backend, and now I can logged in.
FYI: your jomsocial lincese still active. you can download the latest jomsocial version at jomsocial.com
At any jomsocial upgrade there is no issue with user login.
Because user login always handling by joomla it self. Even if you upgrade the jomsocial to latest, I think it will no different.
my suggestion you can email all users to reset they password (click Forget Password link at login form) if cant login to jomsocial
to send mass email: joomla backend > users > mass mail users
