i was wondering about the email setting on joomla who will be impact in JomSocial,
because when my website expresslingua.com/ can not be sent the email then i setting like what i attacth it's can not be sent.
any help for my problem thank's

This issue already answerd via chat.. here is the detail answer

this error caused by "SMTP Error: Could not authenticate." and "Could not instantiate mail function.", seems the mail server is not working well on your host, please you contact your hosting provider to inspect this..
