I am sorry that is not possible, for video upload you need setup FFMPEG and cron job, please read here

Thank you for contacting us.
Uploaded videos won't publish imminently as they need to be converted (cron job need to be set to fire conversion).
If they do not appear for longer time, please, check if you set cron job correctly: documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Setting_Up_Cron_Job

If corn job is fine, this may indicate issues with conversion. Then check if path to FFMPEG is provided correctly and if your server uses latest version of FFMPEG library.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

I Approved the user video from admin side but Still not seen in video and active stream.
Video still show in User Pending Video.

After Uploading Video : "Your Video is now processing, we will send you notification when its ready. " this message disply
How to Approve video and notification the user, that video is publish.

Hi Ishan,

You need install FFMPEG and then setup cron job, the notification to user will arrive when video successfully to be converted by FFMPEG via cronjob :)
