Hello,

I have been getting an error message intermittently when I select the community page menu or try to log in to the community area. It does not happen consistently.
I've reestablished the menu links. I have upgraded to the latest Joomla software , Joomla 3.7.1 and to PHP 5.6 server through my ISP.
I can supply the backend log for further investigation.

Hi Dimas,

I checked the link and it appears to be ok. That is the link to the admin site.

Hello Dimas,

I not sure what to do here. I don't have any restriction on the backend area, at least that I know of. Your support team has never had a problem getting through to the admin area before.
What else can I do here to have you investigate this?
Also, are you able to see the front end of the site, www.womenabout.org ?

Hi Ashley,

I see, seems my country blocked your site, but I able to access it via hidden proxy..

I just checked your site jomsocial page is working fine, maybe this issue is coming from 3rd party module or plugin or cache..

thank you!

Hi Dimas,

I'm glad you were able to get to the front end at least. However, this problem happens intermittently and it happen a lot when I go to the Community page.
This is why I wanted you to check in through the backend as well. I thank you for your diligence for getting to the site. Now that you know how you're blocked can you
take a moment a check the backend?
