Jomsocial 4.3.3 + Joomla 3.6.5 + Socialize 1.2.9. display problem

Dear Forum/Community,
I bought 2 days ago the Jomsocial 4.3.3 and installed to Joomla 3.6.5. After that I installed Socialize 1.2.9 template and my problem is that I can't see the template what I wish. I set in the admin the Socialize template as default, and I can't see the normal community template. I think I should see a community template, but nothing. Please help me.

Besides I really like the Jomsocial.com's demo template, and I believed that I will get this scheme. How can I get this appearance to my template/website?

Thank you for contacting us.
You set Socialize as your default template correctly.
You just need to set modules to appropriate positions.
Socialize may look different as your version is heavily outdated. Latest version is: 2.1.3.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
