After looking into the problem with the Site page in more detail, it appears that the issue occurs with Chrome browsers and not when using FireFox as the browser to access the site configuration page. I tried it on 3 different Chrome browsers (Chromebox, Chromebook & Mobile using an iPhone) and all experienced the same issues with locking up or timing out. When I everything was setup initially, I used Chrome browsers and did not have any issues.

I already fixed this issue caused by "Predefined Text (Separated by a New Line)" value, which the value was broken, and I already fixed it by using default Jomsocial value
