When I'am on homepage of Jomsocial and I want to click on Home button in the toolbar, the alias is mysite.com/jomsocial. How can I change it? I have already set up a frontpage menu item with own alias and it works properly if I click on main menu, So I do not know what happened.

You need edit it from the template file components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/toolbar/base.php find this code :
