Facing the error while trying to load iJoomla installer.
Please find the attached.

Please suggest to resolve.

Thank you for contacting us.
Did you upgraded iJoomla installer to latest version?
Login to jomsocial.com and download latest JomSocial package from here: www.jomsocial.com/my-account
Unzip it and inside will be latest version of installer. Uninstall your previous version and install new one.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hello,
Yes, I did and installed it from the new downloaded version(from Jomsocial download link).
Previously we were often facing this issue when loading Guru Pro.

Still we are unable to load iJoomla backend .I have installed iJoomla & Jomsocial 4.3 manually now.

Please suggest to resolve.

Meanwhile, please, install extensions using Joomla! installer - just like for any other extensions.
