some language tags are not translated after upgrade

ISSUE SUMMARY:
after an upgrate fron 2.6.2 -> 4.6.2, some tags like {target} or {actor} are not translated.
this website is a copy of the original Joomla! 2.5 Website, and upgraded to joomla! 3.6 & Jomsocial 4.6.2

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 login in the front-end as nabilranne
2 login in the front-end as pierre
3 (the credentials are below)

RESULT
with user nabilranne, and you see: Andreas Frost und {target} sind jetzt Freunde
with user pierre, you see: {actor} hat ein neues Profilbild hochgeladen.
EXPECTED RESULT

Thank you for contacting us.
That is expected as old version used old method to display things on stream.
Those strings are saved in db so they won't be updated automatically.
New posts will be fine. Old ones need to be edited manually in database.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
