Issue with mails send after upgrade

ISSUE SUMMARY:
no one mail don`t get send

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. go to front - with out being registred, or loged
2 enter your mail on front page - and push on next
3 and wait confirmation mail as much you want - will not get it
4

RESULT: no one mail don`t come after upgrade
EXPECTED RESULT: fixing mails issue
BROWSER: any

- Have you checked on spam folder?
- would you mind to disable the offline mode? or how can I disable it?

That will not help for sure - that was happened in the moment of update - some days ago, but cover (because is not offline) was there for last 2 monts.

on the site you can go simply to:
mysite.com/login-menu

next you shold get confirmation email -> to activate your account and that is it all.
But mails don`t come at all

i just given an example of mails wich cold not be send - but you can try to send your mass mails from jomsocial backend for users - or to process any messeges from e-mail digest - no one can not be send, and that was happening from last jomsocial update.

Would you mind to ask sys-admin to check your mail server, please? I just tried test send email with core phpmail code and test send mail from core Joomla system, but doesnt work.. it can be server issue.
