This issue is coming from remote storage amazon S3 configuration, I see you dont have it on default Jomsocial config, but it can be from JSPT Jomsocial config, so please you check the S3 config on JSPT as well.

there are not config for s3 amazon and will not be - because i don`t intent to store my data anywhere.
So find a resonable solution - because to integrate with s3 cold not be mandatory - you can not oblige your clients to store they data on amazon - for example i don`t agree.
