Where can I insert this, sure the php code has to be changed somehow.
Many thanks in advance for your support,

Hi, Hermann.
Thank you for contacting us.
I love Joomla! :) The feature I love is that user may create and assign module with any content he wants and the display it wherever he wants :D
So you don't have to fiddle with any code. All you need is just to create new module using Custom Module (a core module of JomSocial) and assign it to page you want into position you want. All you need to know is if your template has necessary module position in place where you want it.
A small remark - in your code above you have spared </td> this is table cell closing tag. You don't need it there ;)
Thank you very much.
It works :-D, but the position is not ok.
The text now lies on the left side.
I want from left to right , like the picture on the start site is.
The module is "Startseite Text", I think the position should be another one, but which?
Thanks a lot, Hermann
HI, Hermann.
All this depends from template you use and not JomSocial. Various templates may provide many different module positions. I enabled template module positions in your system (browse to Backend -> Extensions -> templates and click eye icon at the beginning of template name).
This will give you a glimpse of module positions available in your current template:
www.sportpartnerboerse.at/index.php?tp=1&templateStyle=7
Now all you need is to assign to position that will fit you the best. If there is no such a position - it could be always created. But as much as I'd love to help, customizing 3rd party template/extension is beyond what we're able to do for customers.
I'd like to add that JomSocial has also a built-in module positions that are available ONLY on JomSocial related pages. You may read more about it here:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Built-in_Module_Positions
Thanks you,
I dont understand, why do you write Im using a 3rd party template, I thought only using that from jomsocial?
Is Protostar not from Jomsocial? What is the standard template from jomsocial, where do I get this? May be I deletet it somehow?
Hermann
Hi, Hermann.
JomSocial doesn't use templates... rather layouts. Layouts are just displaying JomSocial pages content... they style them. But they do not contain module positions. You use Protostar template that is default Joomla! template. Both Joomla and any template are Joomla! extensions. Templates are responsible for displaying all Joomla! content also JomSocial. So in a fact you use module positions that are declared in template - not in component.
