Hi,
I wonder if you can help me.
i am going through the instructions for creating the Hello Me module for people to register but two files i am trying to upload have come back with errors.
I've followed the instructions and have uploaded the files to the below location

“/home/innet/public_html/templates/jsn_metro_pro/html”.

The Index.Html was the only one that was successful with the other two unsuccessful (see below)
Can you advise what i am doing wrong please?
Many thanks
Alain

Hi Dimas,
many thanks for getting back to me.
I've recently installed Jomsocial and am currently configuring it but I could not find where you register as a new user.
I searched your documentation and found the instructions for creating a "Hello Me Module" (below address) documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Replaci...With_Hello_Me_Module

I've downloaded the files and followed the instructions to upload the 3 files into my sites current template address at ......“/home/innet/public_html/templates/jsn_metro_pro/html”......but for some reason the Login & Registration files wont load.
I've attached a screen shot of what I see from my Cpanel.
Also, I have come across a face book login error (attached) but I think I may have to visit my developer account to fix it?
I'm very new to this so am on a very steep learning curve!. :)

Many thanks for your help.
Al

Hi Alain,

Would you mind provide me the correct FTP access, please? I can access your joomla directly with your current FTP access

Regrading, facebook error please you read this doc documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Setting_up_Facebook_Connect and if you still get the issue, I suggest you create new topic.

thank you

Command:	PASS *********
Response: 421 Home directory not available - aborting
Error: Could not connect to server

maybe you can provide me cPanel access, it will be usefull as well.

thank you!

Thanks Dimas that's great.
Just one more question please :)

I have followed the instructions and have created the Hello Me module and published in the overide position but it is not showing on the front end... i cant see where someone would register as a new user.
Do you know what i am doing wrong?

Many thanks again.

Hi Alain,

I suggest you create new menu and set it to register page, or you create new module and assign it to sidebar frontend.

thank you
