I've run into a problem with the Socialise v2 template (Visual settings). It seems regardless of the radius entered, the output doesn't change the radius on the frontend. The entire site looks very squared off if one cannot add radius to the corners of objects. I have noticed this for some while. it's not a recent problem. See below screenshot of current settings, however our template does not reflect these rounded corners.

Hi, Zurkster.

Thank you for contacting us.
I was able to replicate this issue on my test site.
Setting border radius doesn't have any effect.

I'll report this bug to our developers.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Thanks Michal for confirming my suspicions, I have been aware of this issue for some while, but until recently just put it down to incompatibility somewhere. I am surprised nobody else has noticed this radius issue, I've known about it for perhaps a year at least.
I trust a solution could be rolled out soon to address this rather large error in the template's aesthetic capabilities.

Hi, Zurkster.

I've got developers response: "Socialize will change all the buttons which are rendered by Joomla not Jomsocial and other components. Try to view an Joomla article in ThemeMagic." So it seems to be a lack of feature rather than bug. We'll add this feature in future release.

So even though the ThemeMagic has options for border radius control, one cannot use it to display rounded corners anywhere on the sites pages or buttons. The radius settings have NO effect anywhere. That's a bug surely?

So I'm not quite sure of your answer, or that of the Socialise team.
My question again, why can I not set any rounded corners, either buttons, pages, or modules?
What are the visual settings for if not to alter the rounded corners on objects?

Hi, Zurkster.

It seems that this setting have effect only on Joomla! buttons.... that is core Joomla! components.
I already talked with Socialize developer ad we agreed that this will be extended to all other buttons.

It's just really strange that the 'Visual' settings in ThemeMagic do not indicate which borders or radius is supposed to be affected by altering the settings, Socialise developers also neglected to add any popup descriptions and the title given 'Visuals' would suggest it's a global radius that is changed.

PS When trying to navigate the Socialise Template info pages I get an error on socialize.jomsocial.com/explore/features

So it seems absolutely impossible to obtain any useful information about the VISUAL settings. Or what they are meant to modify. Nothing in the template ThemeMagic anywhere indicates what the VISUAL setting are actually for.

HI, Zurkster.

Please, try again to access socialize.jomsocial.com/explore/features
Tried a few seconds ago and it was accessible.
I agree with you that this part needs a better description.
This part of the template belongs to T3 framework and actually it doesn't have a lot of documentation.
