ISSUE SUMMARY: It is not possible to add avatar or bacground images in personal with group settings wheel. Other logins are not permitted with following error: Class 'ContentHelperRoute' not found

I need this for Demo at Joomla World Conferance in Vancouver in two days Now 11 to 13
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Any member login does not work with
2 Go to Member or Group settings wheel
3 It does not work

RESULT Should be able to access user or group settings to modify but it does not work
EXPECTED RESULT should be able to enage backgrounds, avatars etc.

Dear John,

This issue can be caused by 3rd party plugin.. can be its coming from "content" plugin.

Your backend access is not working, can you check again, please? So I can inspect this further
