Global Joomla "Offline" is not working

Hi,
I wonder if you can help me?
I have placed my site "Offline" in the administration area of the website but for some reason the site is still showing as live.
This only seems to have happened since I've uploaded Jomsocial and nothing else has been installed.
Could you have a look please and has anyone else had the same problem?

Hi Alain,

It can be caused by Joomla issue or 3rd party Joomla plugin.. because when I disabled the jomsocial component, this issue still happens..

I suggest you post this issue on Joomla forum.
