Update Joomla to 3.6.4 and Jomsocial to 4.2.5 cannot add photos ot videos

ISSUE SUMMARY: After update Joomla and Jomsocial to newes versions users cannot upload images, or videos. Cannot view images or videos

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Try to look at image give me error: Undefined error.
2 Try to upload image get black box without error, or text.
3 Same thing happend with videos

RESULT: Cannot upload or view images and videos
EXPECTED RESULT: Upload images and videos and view them.

Hi, Teemu.

Thank you for contacting us.
Your issue is caused by Comet Chat.
It causes 500 server issue for any ajax call from activity stream or modal window.
I disabled it and was able to upload photo without any issue.
Please, check if Comet Chat doesn't require upgrade as well... or contact with Comet Chat developer and report this issue to them.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
