i have respectively deleted the old activities, is there a posibility to restore them from my backup?
Is there a special file?

sorry, if deleted we cant restore it. :(
please make sure you using site backup regulary. maybe you can using Akeeba Backup (joomla component)

please provide me cpanel access detail and make sure the backup file still exist at your server.
