STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. i have cheked the comands: instead of http:// can be used https:// in the cron command?
2. the cron for notifications and cron for mail digest and video convert is the same?

use the same mean i have to setup only one cron - taking in account the server resources - and take in account as the same cron process video and notifications.

Yes right, as long as you run the same cron job URL

but how i can run an other URL as long is for the same web site?
let me tell you frank ... i feel not verry comfortable with.
for example if i can run mail`s cron each min - i`m not sure about the same with video command.

Actually we only have 1 cron URL, for 1 domain jomsocial installation, on that the only one cron the system it will execute all processes like email notif, email digest, convert video, ect..

That i have clarified for my self already - i`m not confuse about how to setup or what this mean.
I`m confuse why you have created a single comad for all because not all of this process require the same resourses, do you understand what i mean?
For example exist less resourse process - like notifications - but when we speek about video processign that i think cold not be done for each 1 min - because will be hard loading.

That is what i say
for example i feel comfortable to setup notifications cron * once per minut, but video convert once per hour - and taking in account this - is not possibil - to setup one cron.
