ISSUE SUMMARY:
the gif image get uploaded - it show onk - till you push on play > image broken
- go in your profile -> upload gif image -> push on play

can you check again and ask your sys-admin? I think you only installed the raw imagick inside this folder "/usr/bin/convert" but I cant find imagick php lib on phpinfo..

great.. now you dont need imagick path on photo configuration, please you delete it from JSPT configuration, I already deleted it on default Photos Configuration from jomsocial itself..

after some refreshes view (the image is not coming)

look how is looking even here once upload - that shold be .gif image view - and once we push on play - it shold dance ))

I also tested it and it works perfectly, right ? :) so this issue can be mark as solved then ?

Please you try another gif file, it can be your gif file is broken, because the system will take the thumb from the first miliseconds of your gif.. I uploaded my own gif file, and it looks fine

What about the browser rolling?
it is possibil as gif to come with autoplay?
