execute cron error

hello guys!!!

when we push the Execute Cron button in the backend to send the emails that are in queue we have an error back:

S3::getObject(, ): [InvalidAccessKeyId] The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records.

then the icon near to the messages changes, but we have this error and we can't understand the reason.

How can we fix this?

(we save all the files on our remote server, we're not using the amazon s3 services at all)

Please provide us working administrator credentials.
I can't access your site beckend.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

sorry for the huge delay, we were thinking that the problem could disappear after updates of jomsocial, but the issue is still there, i updated the website's info in the first post of this thread, hope to find a solution with you,
