hello guys!!! we recently updated to the JomSocial 4.2.4 version, we customized the code of certain php pages in your faboulous software to fit it better to our needs, every update that we apply needs a work after to fix all the files that we customized that are replaced to the original ones included in the jomsocial installation package.

is there a way to manually upgrade jomsocial to the latest version replacing only the changed files?

Always the best way to implement customization is to use layout overrides. Then files are not overwritten.
If you hacked the core... then every time you'll need to implement your hacks.
But yes, we provide as courtesy patch package only.
