Unable to upgrade Jomsocial via ijoomla - Jomsocial backend unavailable

ISSUE SUMMARY:

After the most recent Joomla Upgrade to Joomla! 3.6.2 it denied me access to the component menu of Jomsocial. I've just purchased again to resolve this issue.

I have tried on a couple of local host copies of the site and on the live site to get ijoomla to update the jomsocial and all have failed. ijoomla will open I'll input the #number but it fails and takes me straight back to the control panel.

The Jomsocial element still works at the front end of the site but it is backend access that is the issue and updating it.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login in
2 Go to Ijoomla
3 Insert code
4 Upgrade

RESULT Nothing
EXPECTED RESULT for ijoomla to upgrade the site
BROWSER : Chrome and Firefox

The domain in the private site information is incorrect.

Thank you for contacting us.
You may always upgrade JomSocial manually using Joomla! Installer.
Just download installation package from here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
Then install it on top of existing JomSocial using Joomal! installer - just like any other extension.

Also, your supported domain is: defnetprojects.co.uk/sharedlives
Not the domain that you reported that have issue...


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
