Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Greetings Pro's,
I just moved my entire website,
www.madd-talent.com
to a dedicated server yesterday as my website is getting so busy I now need a dedicated server. The migration is done now and the back-end is working perfectly, but the front end will not display. My server company, Hostgator, has asked me to republish or refresh the home page from the back-end as this may cause the site to reload properly after this migration, but I don't know where to find the JomSocial home page from the back-end or administrators side of my website. Can you please take a look at this, front-end and back-end and see if you can refresh this for me or tell me how to do it. My website is down and we are launching our new dynamic social media application on Thursday. I need this up like right now.
Thank you for contacting us.
Actually their diagnosis was wrong :)
Issue you experience is caused by server memory exhaust:

Please, check if your current server meets our System Requirements:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/System_Requirements
Ask your hosting support to increase server memory limit.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
