I think this issue caused by 3rd party plugin, this issue caused by window.css, on our code we do not call window.css on backend, we only use it on frontend

You installed lot of plugins and modules, we hard to inspect this, im sorry I cant help you further :(

if you want you can do it by yourself by disabled the plugins and modules one by one, I am sure one of them causing this issue

I don`t think as there is plugin or module issue - i think was happening a breake - once was tried to do some custom... and i feel that don`t come as continous intove - but one mistake on - i think shold try to apply the patch for popup back - as was original and i think that cold help.

Cold you please try to do follow - because i don`t know there wich file for popup i have to owerite.

This issue is working fine on newest clean installation right? I also saw another issue like this, this issue caused by 3rd party.. but since the another customers has lot of plugins, so we discountinued to inspect this.

if i install it on clean - it work fine - but i can affort to loose all data from jomsocial now - was worked a lot, for that i please if you cold owerite the popup patch it shold fix the issue.
there was tried one not verry experienced developer to make some custom - and broked popup - for sure is not plugin issue.
