Install doesn't complete

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I have Joomla 3.6.2 and am trying to install JS 4.2.4

It completes with this line:

Warning: require_once(/home/thomps124896/public_html/jml/components/com_community/libraries/core.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/thomps124896/public_html/jml/administrator/components/com_community/community.php on line 76

If I look at the folders with CPanel - File Manager it looks as though nothing was unzipped.
