Unable to access backend/configuration/site

ISSUE SUMMARY:


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Go to Components / JomSocial
2 On the left, click to Configuration

RESULT
nothing happens. it is as if there is no link to be clicked
BROWSER Safari / firefox / chrome / puffin "iPad browser"

steps that I have completed:

changed the permissions on the configuration.php file to 777 and I even changed the max time out.

This issue caused by your Joomla backend template, seems the joomla template isis is broken, please you post to Joomla forum for this.
