Error when attempting to install Jomsocial 4.2.4

After attempting to install Jomsocial 4.2.4 I receive a message that reads Warning

JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file and Error

Unable to find install package. Am I installing the package in the correct area or is the update corrupt?

Please you try install via iJoomla installer, and put the purchase number on it first.

I didn't receive a purchase number. I downloaded the update on the Jomsocial site and attempted to install it on the Joomla install section and received the error.

The upgrading is done, please check again...

on the future please you use ijoomla installer for upgrading, you can get the purchase number on "My Account" page
