Profile not hidden

Hi

After a test and add a new friend i recieve an email with the link to show the profile from my new friend:


Part of the message is hidden for the guests. Please log in or register to see it.


why i dont have to login first to see this profile??

how can i configure that i have first login to see this profile?

i dont like to see everything without login. all is just for members...

Hi,

because that user having public privacy for the profle.
each user can set they own profile privacy and admin can site default privacy and reset all users privacy.

please goto jomsocial backend > configrations > privacy, set profile privacy to Members, click save button. and you can reset all users profile privacy by click "reset button"

OK, this works. But now i see the "All Members". How can i hide this site?

Again: for all content the user need to login first to see something...

Hi,

yes that by design. do you want all jomsocial pages always private?
you need to set jomsocial at main menu item as registered access level, and create new homepage by using joomla article.
