ISSUE SUMMARY:
This weekend I upgraded Joomla to 3.6.2. From that moment, I couldn't access Jomsocial enymore from the backend. As my version of Jomsocial was outdated, I purchased the newest version today, 4.2.4. I installed it through the Joomla installer. First it looked ok, but after finishing the installation, I got this error on a blank screen:

Can you help me out here? I really don't know what to do.

please goto ijoomla installer component, and have a look at your jomsocial version. I'm sure your jomsocial still not using 4.2.4
I cant do anything for this issue at your site, because I cannot access your site backend. got this:

I'm sorry you couldn't get in, this extra security was asked by my host. How can I provide you the credentials?

An update: the installation of the newest version is done, it works fine now. But, I still have a problem with Jomsocal after upgrading Joomla. This is the error where it all started.

When I invite a new community member to link with me, this member gets an e-mail, generated from Jomsocial. But now the e-mail is not being sent. Instead, I get this e-mail:

you can provide me the credentials by editing your first post at this topic, put that credentials at site info form.
about that email. please make sure your site using SMTP instead of PHPmailer. that email seem from mail system. not jomsocial
