Blank Screen at backend after 4.2.4

ISSUE SUMMARY: Suddenly today could not access backend of community, it is completely balnk. therefore I decide to upgrad to 4.2.4 but after upgrading the problem still remains the same. could you please help

Hi,

Please check it, your site has been upgraded to 4.2.4
when blank page was happened, the jomsocial verison still 4.1.7
