ISSUE SUMMARY: Installation Complete screen takes me back to the installer. After I click the done button the page it takes me back to the installer. When I try to use JomSocial from the admin menu bar it takes me back to the installer. I am caught in this endless loop. Please help me understand what I need to fix this issue.

seem only cache issue. you jomsocial backend access able.

but I found the issue related with Admin Menu Manager module.
that extension not compatible with jomsocial. that module will make you not able to expanding jomsocial menu (backend).
please turn off that module from joomla extensions manager:

My original problem is back, I am stuck in the loop again, I removed the dummy.ini file. But the problem remains.
I also disabled the admin manager, not sure what else to do, please respond with the answer? Can you login and repair it?

I uploaded the most recent version of Joomla Social, and I am caught in this endless loop again. There is no dummy.ini file to delete this time.
