hi you all,
I have installed jsocial... ok but when I also installed the language (IT) this does not work anywhere in the site. Specifically I would like to take action especially on the backend drop down menu. Where can I intervene?

I've checked your backend and it's translated: snag.gy/cnuS6m.jpg
Toolbar won't be translated with language file. Please, read this: documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Translate_Toolbar
Also module titles won't be translated - you need to change their titles.

But I see that frontend is not translated at all. Make sure that you have JomSocial language files in ROOT/languages/it-IT.
Also, files may be corrupted.
As translations are contributed by community we can't be responsible for their quality or completeness.
The best solution here would be to ask in our Community www.jomsocial.com/community if other Italian users could share with you a working Italian translation.
