ISSUE SUMMARY: Not sure what the deal is..Could have been upgrade but unsure..I can't post or upload anything. The button seem torespond but nothing happens. I've been around and around all settings.

You didn't mentioned to what domain you're referring to :)
Currently you hold JomSocial PRO license what means that we could support only ONE your domain/site.
Presently your supported domain/site is: world-harmony.com/new
And you request support for: world-harmony-social.com. I'm sorry but as it is different domain/site, so we can't support it at the moment.
But don't worry, you may change your supported domain/site (still you'll need to have valid reason for change).

It's fixed.
You just enabled js script compression in Socialize template what damages our scripts.
I disabled it and now all seems to work fine - I tested it on your site (left test files for you to see that it's working).
