ISSUE SUMMARY:
After filling in the registration form and pressing Next button.
Below the password field comes the message: Undefined error.

What do I need to add to the php.ini file in order to have this function work again?

I just tested it and seems everything working fine.

I disabled the php.ini so people can register.
It's now active again.

Please try again once or twice.

tested again today with username "tester3" still working fine :)

Could you follow these steps.

1. Fill in the form & press next button.
2. Go back to 1st page
3. Fill in the form with same name, user & email.

The register page only can be used once, and cant be used from cache, since if you click back so the browser will use using cache code then. You need full refresh for making it works. This is default security from Joomla system.
