Would you mind to try disable jomsocial redirect plugin, please? this is rare issue, but sometimes caused by that plugin.

Anyway, I cant login to your backend, I get this error :

0 Failed to start the session: already started by PHP ($_SESSION is set).

I think this issue also caused by Joomla 3.6.1, please you downgrade this issue to 3.6.1, we havent tested jomsocial on 3.6.1

Download the full joomla package here github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/releases/do...e-Update_Package.zip , extract it and copy/upload all files and folders to your server.. backup your data first before do this.
