Facing database upgrade issues during JomSocial upgrade

The current site is running on Joomla 3.2 and JomSocial 3.1.1.

And we have purchased JomSocial latest version.

Now we are doing the site upgrade to latest version on development server. When we tried to upgrade the JomSocial 3.1.1 to Current version, the process has been stopped on the database upgrade path.

Please advice me.

Note : Please don't make any changes in live site.

Thank you for contacting us.
I'm sorry to hear you have issue with upgrade.
I checked your dev site and noticed error in FF console during upgrade. In table _community_config you had duplicated dbversion record. I just removed it and installation could be finished without issue.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
