ISSUE SUMMARY:
After updating from JS 4.2.3 to 4.2.4 there is no input control available anymore. Not on Home screen and in no group. I updated the YOOtheme Template to the newest framework and JCE, too. No result. Using another Editor or no Editor the same thing happens. Even another template has no better result. This bug has already been there on JS 3.x as I remember but this time the reason seems to be something else.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 - Open URL
2 - Logon
3 -Try to send a new post
4 --> No input control available
5 - Same behaviour in every Group
RESULT - No post can be sent
EXPECTED RESULT - input control must be available
BROWSER - Chrome, Firefox, IE, Edge - all newest on Windows 10

This issue caused by your joomla template, i tried change to protostar and everything is fine
