ISSUE SUMMARY: Jomsocial 4.2.4 Profile avatar and groups settings gear icon not working


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Go to jomsocial profile and load avatar (See Screenshot arrows)
2 Go to page or Group settings gear icon and it does not work (See Screenshot arrows)

I got this screen when visiting your site:

about gear icon not working, mostly this issue caused by 3rd party extensions or template feature that related with javascript optiomizer.
please turn it off.

and about warning message, please enabling allow_url_fopen at php configuration. you can asking your hosting support about it.
